This is actually the third part of a 3 part lecture I give to our ICU
resident. I wrote this up at the request of a friend of mine and I
thought I'd post it.
If there is interest I'll take the time to type out the first two parts.
Part 1 is a lecture on basic hemodynamics, shock, and the Rivers protocol
Part 2 is a lecture on slightly more advanced hemodynamics, oxygen
delivery and consumption, and the role of SvO2 in shock. |
