I uploaded some info that I have been using in revamping our Research and Scholarly activity in  ourcommunity based program: The ACGME guidelines for faculty and residents re Scholarly activity ; the ppt I used to present this info to our faculty; a ppt from Jim Galliher about the AAFP National Research network which i used in putting together a noon conference where the purpose was to introduce the notion of PBR (an unknown in our program) and recruit other participants for one of their current studies. 

I'm not sure if this is or isn't useful: if there are other community programs at our fledgling level it might be- would welcome feedback or revised slides... Thanks, Katie Guthrie
